Refund policy

MedAesthetics Return/Exchange Policy:

All of our products are final sale. However, in the event of a manufacturer defect or an adverse reaction, please return/exchange the item(s) within 30 days of purchase. We understand that sometimes certain products may not agree with your skin type. MedAesthetics will refund or credit the individual product that caused the Allergic Reaction. All reactions must be reported within the first 72 hours of use.

MedAesthetics may request a Doctor's letter and/or photos of the reaction to confirm that it was caused by one of our products.

Please note that all instructions, ingredients, opinions and suggestions regarding products on our site have been provided by the manufacturers and/or distributors. If you have any concerns regarding the safety of certain ingredients please contact your doctor or you can contact us at shop@medaesthetics.ca for further information.

MedAesthetics Gift Card Policy:

Gift cards must be presented at the time of use. 

Our gift cards do not have an expiry date unless it is a promotional offer card. This must be redeemed in a specific time frame and will be indicated on the card.

All gift card purchases are final. Please note gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Shipping

Purchases are available for pickup at MedAesthetics during business days only. Our business hours are Monday to Thursday 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM, and Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, excluding public holidays. Please allow a minimum of 3 hours for our team to process and prepare your order.
Shipping is available via Canada Post for a flat fee of $30. Orders are shipped within 1–7 business days, and delivery typically takes an additional 1–5 business days depending on your location.
There are no minimum or maximum order requirements.
When ordering skincare products, you will be directed to our secure Shopify store. All pickups and returns are subject to MedAesthetics policies, as outlined above and in our return policy below.
